I'm the founder of Acheron Advisory, a fractional professional services firm based in Melbourne. I help scaling businesses build the financial infrastructure they need to grow - particularly those operating across multiple entities and in multiple jurisdictions. My focus is on designing and implementing finance systems, optimising the processes around them, and providing hands-on fractional CFO.

With a background in scaling, founder-led listed businesses, I have extensive experience with building scalabe financial infrastructure to support complex listed reporting environments. I review existing infrastructure, identify requirements and gaps, and design and implement a finance stack and operating model that can scale with the business. I'm especially comfortable with the complexity that comes with SaaS revenue models and multi-jurisdictional operations - from subscription billing and revenue recognition through to consolidation and reporting for investor-backed and listed groups.
