Dext has brought efficiencies to accounts payable processing and introduced a workflow that allows regional site managers to approve site bills before they enter Xero.

Mayday for Intercompany & Chart of Accounts
Mayday has been used to clean up and align the chart of accounts across all 14 Xero files, with the intercompany loans reconciliation feature a particular highlight. Dion has plans to roll out Mayday further to streamline month-end processes.

Syft for Reporting
Syft provides consolidated reporting with drill-down to Xero transactional level, and The Lodge is currently exploring using Syft to support weekly operational KPI reporting.

Fathom for P&L Reporting
Fathom delivers divisional P&L reporting at a business unit level.
