Notion for AR & AP:

I use Notion connected to Xero via a Zapier API. It is highly customisable and flexible for operational teams, allowing us to run AR/AP workflows and campaign management in one place. The Zapier connection to Xero reduces duplicate data entry and supports workflow automation. However, it's not a native finance system, so data completeness depends heavily on user input and manual controls‍

Airwallex for Card Management:

Airwallex is great for multi-currency payments, virtual/physical cards and global wallets, significantly reducing FX fees and streamlining creator/vendor payments. The integration with Xero can be patchy for some transaction types, and card controls need periodic review to maintain accuracy.‍
