How I Stacked It
Every finance stack tells a story. How I Stacked It looks inside the tools, workflows and decisions real finance leaders use to build better, more scalable finance teams.

Introducing Belport
Belport specialises in the acquisition, development and strategic management of farms and estates. They have three main verticals: Sourcing, Acquisition & Strategic Management of Land and Property, Renewable Energy Investment, and Land Management Services.

ApprovalMax for Financial Controls
ApprovalMax has been fantastic for empowering our teams on the ground—farmworkers, surveyors, and directors—to approve invoices on the go. This has significantly sped up our payment runs and reduced the number of accruals needed for management accounts—a true win-win!

Mayday for Intercompany
Mayday gives us peace of mind, knowing we can easily keep track of our intercompany position. In the coming months, we’ll be looking to fully utilize the Recharger function.

Moss for Cards
Moss keeps us agile with card solutions while providing an efficient way to track spending across approximately 30 individuals across our entities. Missing receipts and delays in receiving information are now a thing of the past!

Mimo for Payments
Mimo has significantly streamlined our payment solutions. Our wider team previously spent over 100 hours a month managing £500k in weekly payment runs—now, I’d estimate it’s below 15 hours, with no loss of control.

Connectorly for PowerBI Reporting
Connectorly seamlessly integrates our data into Power BI, enabling us to dynamically business partner across the organisation. It’s a real time saver for producing internal reports.

Joiin for Consolidation
We’re relatively new to Joiin, but we’ve already started using it to streamline our consolidated reporting processes.
