Prideview Group is a property investment and asset management business specialising in commercial real estate. The finance team has built a best-of-breed tech stack spanning core finance, property management, reporting, HR and automation, with specialist tools connected around Xero.

Our finance function is deliberately lean. I lead it as Finance Director, with one accountant reporting to me. Between us we look after the finances for the group spanning property investment, agency, construction and asset management a workload that would normally demand a much larger team. The tech stack is what makes that possible. Xero and Mayday take the pain out of multi-entity bookkeeping and intercompany reconciliation, Dext removes the manual data entry from accounts payable, and Joiin turns what used to be a laborious consolidation exercise into a group MI pack we can produce quickly and consistently. Re-Leased keeps the property side of the numbers aligned with the accounts, while Monday.com, Zapier and Plaud quietly remove the admin around the edges.

The practical result is that my accountant spends far less time on processing and far more on review and analysis, and I spend less time chasing numbers and more time on the deals, funding and strategy conversations where I actually add value.
