To conclude our Building an Enterprise-Level System with Xero series and launch CFO Techstack, we introduced The Stackees. These awards honor outstanding achievements by major Xero users scaling their finance tech stacks.

Breakout CFO Techstacker of the Year: Beth Staff

This award recognizes exceptional use of Xero and its ecosystem to boost finance team performance.

Beth Staff, Head of Finance at Sylvera—a climate tech startup backed by top investors and a leader in carbon data—earned this honor. Judges praised her growth-oriented approach, leveraging the ecosystem to streamline core financial processes. She automates non-value-adding tasks cost-effectively by analyzing team time usage.

CFO Techstack Consultant of the Year: flinder

This award highlights cloud experts guiding businesses to scale finance functions effectively.

flinder supports tech, SaaS, and e-commerce firms in accelerating growth. Luke Streeter, Co-Founder and COO, accepted on behalf of the team. Judges noted flinder's six-year evolution in scalable advisory services, even for enterprise projects. They tailor app stacks, processes, and Xero extensions to client needs. Rarely do growing clients need to switch to ERP systems.

CFO Techstacker of the Year: Steve Jarvis

This honors a veteran CFO mastering Xero and its ecosystem across sectors.

Steve Jarvis, an entrepreneurial CFO, board member, and investor in sustainability, excels in capital raises, startups, scale-ups, and exits. Judges commended his scaling expertise: starting with core Xero, then integrating ecosystem apps and partners seamlessly. He's now on his boldest Xero-based implementation.
