What Mayday is
Mayday is the complete month-end suite for finance teams using Xero, QuickBooks Online or Intuit Enterprise Suite. It helps single and multi-entity organisations close faster with a range of AI-powered tools and automations for month-end coordination such as task management, balance sheet reconciliations, P&L variances, accruals, and close progress tracking, with workflows such as intercompany reconciliations, recharges, prepayments, deferred revenue, and adjusting journals. Mayday helps thousands of organisations reduce month-end close from weeks to hours.
Who Mayday is for
Mayday is built for finance leaders, CFOs, Heads of Finance, Financial Controllers and in-house finance teams at growing businesses that need more control, automation and visibility around month end.
What Mayday does
Mayday covers two halves of month end.
Coordination. Managing month-end tasks, balance sheet reconciliations, ownership, review status, audit evidence and close progress tracking.
Automation. Automating workflows that usually live in spreadsheets, including intercompany reconciliations, intercompany recharges, cross-entity bank reconciliation, deferred revenue, prepayments, accruals and adjusting journals.
Mayday is particularly relevant to finance teams scaling on Xero or QuickBooks Online that need more automation, visibility and control without adopting a traditional ERP operating model.
